Route 1: through a shopping agent, step by step

1. Find the piece and note its code. Open the album folder, pick the colourway, and copy the album title or the code written on the photo. Screenshot the size chart photo too; you will need it later.
2. Get the purchase link. Many album folders show a small Weidian or Taobao link in the description. If there is none, message the seller through the contact shown on the album's front page (Pika has used Discord) and ask for the link for that code and colour.
3. Choose a working agent. Paste the link into an agent that is operating today. Superbuy and CSSBuy accept Weidian and Taobao links and are covered on Yupoo with Superbuy and Yupoo with CSSBuy. Avoid CNFans and ACBuy, both closed since August 2026.
4. Add size and colour notes. Agents buy exactly what you select. Write the colourway and size in the remark field, in English and with the album code, so the agent's buyer can match it.
5. Pay for the item and wait for the warehouse. The seller ships inside China to the agent's warehouse. Expect a few days for stock items and longer for anything made to order.
6. Check the warehouse photos. Compare the print position, the colour and the tag with the album photo. Superbuy gives a short return window after photos are uploaded, so decide quickly.
7. Ship internationally. Combine items into one parcel, pick a shipping line to your country and pay the second bill. The line decides speed and whether duties are prepaid.

The agent route works, but it means two payments, two waits and one more account.

What the agent route really costs

An agent order has more lines than the item price. You pay the item, the seller's domestic shipping to the warehouse (often around 10 yuan), any agent service fee, optional extra photos, international shipping by weight and, at the end, import taxes in your country. Superbuy charges no purchasing fee on standard Taobao, Weidian-style and 1688 orders and stores items free for 90 days; CSSBuy is reported by third-party reviews at roughly 3–6 % of the item and domestic shipping, with 3–5 free warehouse photos. Route 2: private deal with the seller

Some buyers skip the agent and pay the seller directly, who then ships with its own courier. It can be faster, but you lose the warehouse photos and the return window, and you usually pay by bank transfer, crypto or PayPal Friends and Family, none of which protects you. If you go this way, ask for photos of your exact piece next to a note with your name and the date, and never pay for a “password list” or a “VIP album”.
