Returns and wrong sizes
Sending a parcel back to China costs more than most items are worth, so catch problems before shipping. With an agent, that means the warehouse photos; with us, the photos we send before you pay. If the size we ship is wrong, or the parcel is damaged or lost, we send it again.
Couriers and delivery in the UK
Parcels from China are typically delivered in the UK by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or Yodel, depending on the line. If import VAT is due, the carrier usually sends a payment request by text or email before delivery; check that such messages come from the carrier's official domain, because fake “customs fee” texts are a common scam. Use your full name and a complete postcode.
Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands
