Duty and taxes on parcels from China
Canada's low-value thresholds are generous only for goods from the US and Mexico under the CUSMA trade agreement. Couriers, brokerage and remote areas
Parcels to Canada are usually completed by Canada Post or by a courier such as UPS, FedEx or Purolator. Postal deliveries tend to carry lower handling fees than courier brokerage, which can add a noticeable amount to a small order. Remote and northern postcodes take longer and can cost more; mention yours when you ask for a price.
Bilingual addresses and names
Write the address exactly as Canada Post formats it, with the province abbreviation and the six-character postal code. French or English is fine on the label.
Winter timing

Returns from Canada
Returning an item to China is slow and costs more than most items are worth. Check sizes and photos before the parcel leaves China. If we ship the wrong size, or the parcel is damaged or lost, we send it again.
Paying from Canada
Canadian buyers using agents usually pay by credit card or PayPal in Canadian or US dollars, with a currency conversion fee from their bank. Interac e-Transfer, the most common way Canadians send money at home, is rarely accepted by Chinese agents. Through us you pay by bank transfer, Western Union, USDT or PayPal Friends and Family, after seeing the photos, and the price is quoted in US dollars or euros so you can compare it with your card's rate.

Canadian demand follows the US pattern: streetwear albums such as Logan, Husky and GOAT, sneaker albums such as Yolo66, and the Pika album itself, which draws about 210 Canadian searches a month. Outerwear is a stronger theme than in the US because of the climate, so jacket and fleece albums deserve a look in autumn.
Quebec and French-language labels
Buyers in Quebec sometimes ask for French-language invoices or labels. International parcels are labelled in English with a customs declaration describing the contents; that is normal and does not affect delivery. If you need an invoice for your records, ask for it when you order.
